In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “the company” all refer to A Class Half Full, which may also be abbreviated as “ACHF.”

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our Public Workshop venues are wheelchair accessible.
ACHF Paint & Sip Classes are restricted to 18+ only, unless otherwise stated on the event page information. In which case, people aged under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian also booked into the workshop.
Session time are listed on the Event. Outside these times is for room preparation setup/clean-up. As this is a shared community space, timeframes must be adhered to accordingly to ensure other events can begin on time. Please be punctual.

PARKING:

Please plan ahead and arrange safe transport. Ensure you are under the legal limit before driving.
Street parking is readily available. 2P & 3P before 5pm weekdays.
Check parking signage at the time of your art class as we cannot be responsible for infringements.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS:

You are welcome to take photos during the class (if you post on Instagram please tag us! @a_class_half_full)
We also like to capture our own photos/videos during our classes for either the website, Instagram or other forms of social media. If you do not wish to be included in our event photos, simply let us know during the class.
If you are inadvertently included in our social media photography and you wish for us to remove it, simply let us know.

PAYMENT:

We do not use third party event ticketing platforms. Booking and Credit Card Payment can be made securely via this website (aclasshalffull.com)

REFUNDS:

If we cancel an event for any reason, all attendees will be issued a full refund on their booking.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:

We generally don’t offer refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.

If you can’t attend, please call or email us at least 48 hours before the event. We’ll do our best to move your booking to another class on our current calendar, though this isn’t guaranteed and we don’t offer credits or vouchers. As each workshop requires significant prep — from materials to pre-sketched canvases — please consider offering your ticket to a friend if you can’t make it.
