In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “the company” all refer to A Class Half Full, which may also be abbreviated as “ACHF.”

Accessibility

Our classes are wheelchair accessible. Please note:

• Public Classes are 18+ unless otherwise stated, in which case under-18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is also booked in.

• Session times listed are for the class only — setup and pack-down happen outside these hours. Please arrive on time so we can keep things running smoothly.

Parking

Parking is readily available during workshop hours. Always check signage — A Class Half Full is not responsible for parking fines. If you plan to drink, please arrange safe transport and ensure you are under the legal limit before driving.

Photos & Videos

You’re welcome to take photos during the event — and don’t forget to tag us on Instagram @a_class_half_full

We also capture photos and short videos for our website and social media. If you’d prefer not to appear, please let us know during the class. If you’re ever featured unintentionally, just contact us — we’ll remove it promptly. We’re always respectful when photographing our guests.

Payment

Bookings and secure credit card payments can be made directly through our website: aclasshalffull.com We don’t use third-party ticketing platforms.
 

eGift Cards, Gift Vouchers

The terms eGift Cards & Vouchers are used interchangeably. Gift cards are issued digitally and do not include a physical card. Upon purchase, recipients will receive a unique redemption code via email. + Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with NSW consumer law. + The expiry date is displayed at the time of purchase or provided with the digital gift card. + Gift Cards must be redeemed before the expiry date. Any unused balance remaining after expiry is forfeited. + It is the cardholder’s responsibility to use the full value of the Gift Card within the validity period. + Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. + Gift Cards may be used toward eligible online purchases only and must be redeemed using the unique code provided. + Gift Cards may be used across one or multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires. + Lost, stolen, or deleted Gift Card codes cannot be replaced. + Gift Cards cannot be extended beyond the expiry date, except where required by law. + Purchase and use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Refunds

If an event is cancelled by us, all attendees will receive a full refund.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We generally don’t offer refunds for individual cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.

If you can’t attend, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event. We’ll try to move your booking to another upcoming class, though this isn’t guaranteed and we don’t issue credits or vouchers as reimbursement. Each workshop involves considerable prep (from materials to pre-sketched canvases), so if you can’t make it, consider offering your spot to a friend.
